In Silenzi, I sought a place where the image could withdraw from its own evidence. I am not interested in describing the landscape, but in listening to it at the precise moment when form ceases to impose itself and allows a more fragile, almost imperceptible presence to emerge. Each photograph is born of a waiting — not of what happens, but of what remains when everything seems no longer transformable.

Within these twelve pages of observation, I entrust the image with my personal vision of silences: an ethereal perception of minimal, rarefied places, capable of inviting meditation. For me, silence is not absence, but a subtle presence that crosses space, empties it of the superfluous, and renders visible what normally lingers at the margins of sight.
